Years ago a zoo in central London opened. It had many animals of all shapes and sizes, but the biggest attraction was the penguins. The penguins were rescued from a lab the previous year and were thought to have super abilities. The penguins were super smart and many people liked to watch the penguins interact with each other and their keepers. The penguins could read, write, make things such as tools and even talk. People loved to watch the penguins do everyday things like humans do. They brushed their beaks, wrote books, read books and did "homework" assigned by the zoo staff. For the first 3 years the penguins thrived and what was a small penguin family became a whole community of penguins. The tourists came to the zoo and the zoo made millions of dollars. One day a zoo keeper was fired for harassing a visitor. He was very mad, and swore that he would go after the special penguins. The security guards watched the penguins around the clock, but it became harder and harder to identify each penguin as there poplutaion grew in their exhibit. The zoo owner had to make an important decision and eventually decided to move the penguins fot their safety. The penguins were put in crates and then put on boats that would take them to a zoo in the united states. In the middle of the journey, the boat hit a rough patch of rocks. A large hole was in the side of the boat and the penguins crates were falling out one by one. After a few hours the penguins landed on a deserted island with nothing but snow and ice. Only 30 of them survived the trip.

Many years passedand the penguins made a civilization for themselves called Arctic Blue. There were towns and houses and stores. It was just like how humans live in their own communities. Only 3 penguins are still alive that floated to the island. The rest reproduced and the population grew to almost 1 million penguins.
